  There appears to be no Dell Quickset but there is a Dell Power Manager Lite Application for Windows 10 (probably Quickset with a different name). This package provides Dell Quickset Application and is supported on Inspiron running the following Windows Operating Systems: Windows 64bit and Windows. Press Windows + R keys; Type ; Choose Quickset and click on un-install. Re-install from Dell's website and see if that helps.

It gets me to 5 min.. I'm sure they are working on it.. Trying to get an answer to this gets worse with each day. Just got an email back from tech support after about 5 different emails going back and forth: "Thank you for your response. I apologise for the delayed response on this issue. Here i have done some research about the drivers, consulted my supervisor as well and would share the information that there are no Quickset drivers for this model.

So apparently Dell couldn't be bothered to actually release Quickset for the computer I just bought. And without Quickset, I don't know of any other way to adjust the length of time the backlit keyboard stays on.

My options at this point are to either return the computer, which seems a shame since everything else is working, or to try to find some hack that will let me do what I should already be able to do.
